Fan shuts off on Goodman furnace during cool cycle

I installed a new Goodman MH95 gas furnace along with a new Goodman air conditioner in the spring and hope you can help me with an issue I'm having. I did install the furnace and AC myself, but had the company I purchased it from come over and check my install. The furnace fan will just turn off for no reason and not come back on unless I manually reset it by turning the power off then back on. The compressor will continue to cool and creates ice across the a-coil due to lack of air-flow. I checked the furnace without shutting off power to it, and the red LED is "OFF". This has only happened twice this year and would like to find the cause of this. Thanks for any help. Dan
