oil furnance makes loud noise

Hi: When my oil furnace starts, there is a loud vibration noise. It is only a couple of years old. Funny thing is when I take the lower panel off, it doesn't vibrate. but I soon as put it back on, it starts right up. you can definitely feel the vacuum when you're putting the panel back on.
