Humidifier HELP!

So, I just installed a Honeywell Prestige IAQ 2.0 and an Aprilaire 800 humidifier. I did not wire the humidifier into the EIM correctly as when there is a call for humidity, the humidifier turns on and starts dumping water/steam into my ducts but with no blower. Yea, I have a mess! Anyway, I live in Colorado and need the humidifier to turn on the blower every time there is a call for humidity. I have attached a pic of my EIM and the wiring. I believe I need to jumper one of the U1 contacts for the humidifier to an R? Also, do I need a sail switch? thanks for ANY help!!
