installing laminate flooring on particle Board

Hello all, I've just removed all carpeting in my double wide mobile home and the sub floor is crappie particle board. I would like to install Pergo flooring in all rooms except the kitchen and bath total sq. ft. is @1700. My concerns are the gap where the home is joined is about a 1/2 in wide in areas, also where the particle board edges butt up to each other some aren't level by about an 1/8 inch. What are my best options?
