How to remove this faucet supply line?

I am starting a bathroom remodel and just ordered a new vanity and faucet, but upon looking at the supply line, I dont know how I will remove the faucet? I am not familiar with this type of supply line. Any guidance? Can I just simply disconnect the brass nut at the top of the supply line and reuse it with the new vanity and faucet?
