Garage Door isnt Level?

So I have a single car garage door and I've noticed for the past few years that the door is not level. It has a drop of 1 inch from one side to the other. The floor to ceiling measurements are all even however, the brackets that hold the track to the ceiling aren't lined up as one is closer to the door and one is farther, so I am not sure if that could be the problem. I was wondering if theres an easy fix to it like adjusting the tracks etc. If its easy and not so labor intensive I am willing to do it otherwise I'm just going to leave it as the house is for sale anyways. I would attach more photos if need be. Also, The garage was converted from a carport from a previous owner either in the late 90's or early 2000's and by the looks of it and even in the pictures, they did a ****ty job. The photos attached are of the drop in one side and an overall photo of the garage door from the interior. I didn't mean for those 2 to turn sideways but I guess they are readable. Dual Tank Water Softener Advice

Hello H2O experts, We just bought an 18 year old home outside Omaha, NE with a well, water softener and reverse osmosis system. I am completely new to non-city water and was hoping someone might be able to tell me about the water softener pictured here. There are two tanks with a Watergroup Inc dial control on top. It is model 9100TMI-844-75. I was unable to find the manual online. I wanted to understand how to adjust for time etc and how to kick off a manual regeneration. Can someone share a user manual. I am not sure if the previous owner was putting salt in or if they performed any regular maintenance. Can you offer some advice to tell if the system is functioning properly and first steps for this newbie to take. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much - Ken

I got a bill from MC today which surprised me since I hadn't used it in about 6 months. There was a $25 starbucks card reload charged to my account. I called customer service and they immediately replied that it was fraud and they would remove it and issue me a new card. Since they didn't even question me about the charge I assume that multiple accounts have been hacked or whatever ..... so if you have MC you might want to closely examine your statement!

waster oil heater circulation fan running backwards

Hi I have a mx200 lanair waste oil heater in my shop, lately the circulation fan will at times run backwards. And sometimes it seems to have a hard time getting going also. It is a direct drive and appears to have a capacitor on it. Should I just replace the motor? It free wheels easily just cant make up its mind which way to turn! thanks
