Mira/Waffle Drain and Radon sealing

Hello, Does anyone have experience on how to seal the Mira drain which comes up about 4" on the basement cinder block wall? I need to add a radon abatement system and need to seal air leakage. Thinking there must be plastic cap molding or something, but can't find anything...
