Ademco Vista-SE10/ADT Safewatch Pro Custom - Entry sounds

Hi All, I recently purchased a home that has an ADT wired system Safewatch Pro Custom on the Keypads/Vista-10SE on the inside of the alarm board box. Keypads are the Custom Display/Alpha character pads. Most recently the former owners switched over to Ackerman for monitoring. It was using a Bell South phone line. The phone service was disconnected upon move out and I am using Comcast phone service. The system is not being monitored. I have the Master Code but not the Installer Code. Zone 1 is the entry/exit zone covering 2 doors. Everything is/was working fine as a local unit until several days ago. Two evenings in a row now, after setting the alarm before going to bed (using AWAY to activate the motion detectors & perimeter), the keypads will begin buzzing in the middle of the night.
