DSC PC5010 Stays on Bypass

Sure hope for guidance here. Had phone line from ATT disconnected. Was getting trouble codes 3 and 4 on keypad. Tried 015 7 to clear trouble light #3 (turn off phone). Tried *8 code 380 1 to clear trouble code #4, numbers 1 and 4 lite up. Trouble lite stays lit. When I try to arm the system, bypass light comes on and bypasses all devices. Thanks!!!
