Finishing the back of a lean to shed

I am planning a lean to shed for my pool area that will be against a brick veneer on my garage. How do I finish the part that is against the brick? I am thinking of using sheathing covered by tar paper and then fencing to make the shed blend in with the fence. Also, what is the minimum angle that should be on the roof. I need all the room I can in the shed. Thanks.
