Flow-Thru Humidifier help

Hey, I am in need of a new whole house humidifier on my furnace. I plan on purchasing and installing my self and am confident in my abilities to do so. My question is what are the best brands out there. I see that the big box stores only carry Honeywell and Hamilton. I am curious if those brands are ok? Or should I look else where? I have a 2000 square foot house and live in the Midwest. Thanks
