Thermal mix valve with remote adjustment ability for hydronic system

What I want to find but have had no success so far is a cost effective thermal mixing valve that I can control remotely from another floor. If I cannot find a mixing valve to be remotely adjusted I could also use a variable speed or programmable circulating pump. Is there a such thing?
