Indirect fired water heater and vacation

I have a Triangle Tube Smart Series water heater and will be going on vacation for two months next year. The house is heated with an oil furnace - hot water baseboard. I plan on turning the house's temperature down to 55 degrees and turning off the main water. Is there any danger in leaving the water heater on (turning the temperature down low), while the main water is off?
