Key to shut off main

Does anyone know where to buy a key to shut off my main water. I bought one on amazon , but it was to big. The one I need must fit inside a 3/4 pipe, when I remove the cap you can look down about 24 inches to ****. I can get the town to shut it off, But I would like to have my own for emergencies. Thanks
