Optimizing ODR Settings

Running a Viessmann boiler with indirect DHW and a TACO ODR (will get model tonight). The house is a 2 story Cape with cathedral ceiling/loft style living room. 2nd floor is shut down, only heating 2 zones on the first floor (master bed and kitching/dining/living area). Any tips for optimizing the settings. We just bought the house this fall, and I have a feeling the settings are probably out of whack. When I get home from work tonight, I will post what they are currently set at. Just looking for some help on making everything more efficient. Thanks
