no power to water heater controller?

Hi, I have a new (2 yr old ) water heater. Woke up this AM to take shower to cold water. The gas heater has a white rodgers intellivent controller that is showing no power or green lights. The outlet is tested and does work. I tried restarting the top blower and still nothing. Its connected to a state 6s650ybuit100 water heater. I also rechecked all connections to the white rodgers. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
