concrete question

I had a question on conditions before pouring concrete piers,with rebar/gravel.They will be 2 ft in ground 8 inches around .We have had a week of much rain,no sun, and the holes were already dug a little rain in them im sure.,We will get a heavy batch the day before i wanted to have these done and i covered them some but am not sure if the extra moist week/rain and no sun will effect the cure/set /strength..its clay soil and temps 40-50 .I can wait if that would impact it but wasnt sure. Thanks
