Teeth whitening at home

Hello, i've been reading alot on the internet about the benefits of baking soda for teeth whitening, some use it with lemon juice aswell. Usually i would've tried it right away, but i also found that it causes teeth sensitivity? I have sensitive teeth since my childhood and i'm scared it would cause me more problems. My teeth react on cold more than on hot food and drinks. Has anyone with sensitive teeth tried this method of teeth whitening (http://georgeharounidds.com/teeth-whitening/) ? thanks for your feedback
