31BHDS Travel Trailer w/TPO main roof leaking

Just about to close it down at the campground for the camping season and with the snow and ice and then melting, starting leaking over the main bed. I know there is a low spot on the roof right about where it leak along the seam across the width of camper. Surely not a good time to try to patch it, but hate to leave it that way until next April! Looking for best advice at this time??
