Basement Walls

I am looking to finish my basement and was wondering what process I should use to waterproof/insulate/frame the cement foundation walls. It is a walkout basement, in upstate NY. The house is 14 yrs old and there is no evidence of moisture intrusion. However, I would like to eliminate that future possibility.
