Carrier infinity 96 furnace stop working after fan is setup as continuous mode

If the fan is left continuously running, furnace will stop working 2 or 3 days later. There are critical errors and call technician information shown on thermostat screen. It will become normal after I reset the furnace by turning off/on power. I have called Carrier, they confirm no recall on my model furnace. Any idea? Thanks
