Carrier Weathermaker 8000 blow cold air

Hi professionals, My furnace starts only blowing cold air since this morning. I noticed there has a strange noise from the furnace in the past few days. I did open the panel and tried to see where the noise came from. It seems like it is from the inducer motor. So I ignored it since it was still working. Until this morning, I opened the panel again, and the inducer motor seems not running at all. I read the manual and it mentions there has LED signal reading, it has 3 short flashes and 1 long flash. Now the weather is getting cold and I really hope to get it resolves without paying a hefty fee. With the LED signals and the inducer motor not running, does it mean I can simply replace the inducer motor and it should fix the problem??? Thanks in advance for your advice.:)
