"My Pictures" folder no longer under library listing, how do I fix this?

Window 7 32 bit. I am logged on as usual. I am administrator user. I have had this computer for over a year. I some how dragged or accidently deleted something and now if I pull up Explorer to show folder listing on left side of screen I have the usual listed under "Libraries", there is "Documents", "Music", "Pictures" and "Videos". But the problem is that under Pictures, the folder "My Pictures is no longer there. The folder is still on the computer because I can open it if I go under "Computer"then "C drive" then "Users" and open it under Ken. All of "My Pictures are in this file too. Whatever I did only effected "My Pictures" not "My Music" or anything esle. I tried doing a restore to a restore point from the other day but that didn't fix whatever I have done.
