GE Washing Machine Will Only Start When Finiking with Knob

Hey guys, I have a GE Washing machine model # WJSR1070A1WW. The washing machine will only start filling with water if I mess with the knob as shown in the attached video. If the knob is moved or knocked via vibration, the machine will stop and the knob will need to be messed with again.
