Need a timer for 220v irrigation well

Hello, I live in Fremont County, Colorado. I am looking for help with finding a timer/relay for my 220v, 5hp, 28amp, 70gpm agricultural irrigation well. The existing control is a set of 2 -30amp circuit breakers in a Siemens A series type 3R outdoor load center. I want to be able to set the pump to run daily for 30 – 60 minutes during the growing season. Can anyone suggest a timer/relay, and/or combination, that would work for this application? Thanks, Matt G
