Wiring a cadet heater

I am installing 2 cadet heaters that are 1500/2000 watt with built in thermostats and my question is, can I daisy chain the second one off of the first or does it have to be on its own circuit, I am using 12/2 wire and a double 20 amp breaker. Thanks for any help you can give me
