3 Way Half Switched Outlet

I am looking for a wiring diagram or checking if it is possible to wire a 3 way half switched outlet with the following wiring configuration: Panel -> 12/2 -> Switch -> 12/3 -> Switch -> 12/3 -> Outlet Thanks in advance
