Whirpool side by side icemaker not ejecting ice

First had water fill problem...110 volt test determined water valve working, water filled in. Ice not ejecting. There is no stuck ice. We have hard tray system. Before this all happened, it was erratic. Sometimes the ice would dump after taking lots of water out of the dispenser, sometimes the icemaker would not fill up with water...next step for evaluation?
