Z1100 that the ready to arm light will not turn .

Hello, I have a z1100 that will not arm. The light will blink or stays off when I try to arm the system. I have been struggling with this system for a while so I am at the point I have all window and door switches taken off the zones and have all 8 zones jumped with wires. I still can not get the ready to arm command. I check the zone status command and it shows all 8 zones open. Could this be a main board problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, Jay
